Welcome to FantasyCorp Wars, an online game offered by 4NerdsGames.com. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to the following terms. If you disagree with any of them, we kindly ask you not to use the service (or to talk to a legal orc, if you really want to argue).
1. Use of the Service
FantasyCorp Wars is a free game featuring competitive mechanics, leaderboards, and real rewards. You may only use the game for personal and non-commercial purposes.
All rewards are provided as codes that are regularly purchased from their respective platforms and can only be redeemed through those platforms. 4NerdsGames.com is not responsible for any "fraudulent" use of a code once it has been provided to the user.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. No game administrator will ever ask for your credentials either in-game or by email. Every action taken through your account is your responsibility. The use of bots, scripts, or automation techniques is strictly prohibited, unless you’re an AI entity residing in NeuroSigma (in that case, welcome aboard).
Only one account per person is allowed. Using multiple accounts may result in in-game penalties and/or permanent account deletion without the ability to redeem any earned points or rewards.
3. Intellectual Property
All game content, including text, images, graphics, and code, is the property of 4NerdsGames or its licensors. You may view it, love it, share it on social media (with credit), but not copy or resell it.
All references, quotes, and recognizable content related to films, books, or well-known or real-life individuals featured in the texts and images on 4NerdsGames.com are used solely for parody, commentary, or tribute purposes. They are not intended to generate profit or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. All such content remains the exclusive property of its original creators, and 4NerdsGames does not claim any rights over it. Should any rightful owner believe their rights have been infringed, we will promptly remove the content upon notification.
4. Leaderboards and Rewards
The rewards offered (e.g., digital Gift Cards) are subject to availability and may be changed or removed at any time. Reward points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
It is strictly forbidden to resell codes acquired from 4NerdsGames.com, whether for goods, services, or money.
